Enjoyed the onsite dining options (had both dinner and breakfast at Hob Nob). Room was spacious, shower was amazing, bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was not as clean as I would've expected. The bathroom had a handful of hair in the shower and the grout needs replaced. There was a mystery stain on the stairs and crumbs on the couch. And I woke up to the TV glitching like crazy. The staff checked me in, but nothing particularly special about that. Not very satisfying considering the price.

We enjoyed our stay. We flew out of the Des Moines airport, left our car at the Hampton Inn and were taken to the Airport by shuttle. We flew back a week later at 11:30 at night and were picked up promptly by the Hampton Inn shuttle. So quick and convenient. Our room was perfect as well. The night staff were so kind and considerate.
